Website privacy notice

How this website, www.cabdispatchsystem.com, uses information about you. Last updated 21 October 2026.

This notice covers this marketing website only. The CDS Driver app has its own privacy policies for Android and iPhone.

Who we are

This website is run by Cab Dispatch System (CDS), Worcester Park, London. For anything about your information, email cds@deltatechglobal.co.uk.

When you contact us

If you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, office or company name, number of drivers and anything you write, plus your phone number if you give it. We use these only to reply to you and to talk to you about CDS. The form is handled for us by Formspree, which passes your message to our email.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through those services.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any business that follows, and then delete them.

Analytics cookies

We would like to use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years. We only load Google Analytics if you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you choose No thanks, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it records technical details such as your IP address when you visit, to keep the service running and secure.

Videos and links

The demo video on our homepage is served from this website. Our how-to videos are on YouTube; if you follow a link there, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at the address above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
