See who’s calling before you pick up

CDS caller ID shows every incoming call to your office as it rings: which line, the caller’s number, and whether they’re a returning customer. One click opens Book a ride with their number already in.

Taxi caller ID software that knows your customers

The pop-up appears for everyone in the office who is signed in, and stays for a few minutes after the call so whoever answered can still book from it.

  • The line’s name, or the business name it’s marketed under
  • The caller’s number, or “Withheld number”
  • “Returning customer” with their name and trip count, or “New caller”
  • Book a ride opens in a new tab with the number filled in

How it works

Each phone line gets one extra SIP extension, which you create with your phone provider and add to the line’s ring group. CDS rings along with your phones but never answers, so your calls and call quality stay exactly as they are.

  • Up to 6 lines per office
  • Give each line a business name, such as “Airport Cars”
  • Each line shows whether it’s connected, in Settings
  • Send a test call to check the pop-up before going live

Tested with

Soho66, Onsim and Virgin Media O2 Business. Most SIP providers that let you add an extension should work.

No desk phones to change

Keep your handsets, numbers and provider. Nothing is installed on your computers.
